In this week’s episode of TBR: Turnbuckle Radio hosts Trevor Robb and Brian Swane take a look at how the upcoming WWE SummerSlam PPV card is shaping up.

There’s two weeks worth of RAW and SmackDown Live episodes still to go, but much of the card has already been filled.

So far, seven matches have been confirmed for SummerSlam:

  • Fatal 4-Way Match for the Universal Championship:  Brock Lesnar defends his title against Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe and Braun Strowman
  • WWE Championship: Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Jinder Mahal
  • United States Championship: AJ Styles vs. Kevin Owens (Shane McMahon as special guest referee)
  • Raw Women’s Championship: Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley (recently injured her shoulder)
  • SmackDown Women’s Championship: Naomi vs. Natalya
  • Randy Orton vs. Rusev
  • WWE Cruiserweight Championship Neville vs. Akira Tozawa

And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Brian and Trevor discuss what other feuds could make their way onto SummerSlam, including a potentially intriguing WWE RAW tag team championship match-up between champions Cesaro and Sheamus and challengers — and former Shield members — Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins.

Lots to discuss on this week’s episode of TBR!
